Third trimester officially starts Friday. I really want to finish as strong as possible. So I’m stepping up my diet and exercise. Another plus is having a smart tv because it’s so convenient to do Yoga at home.
-Romaine lettuce is full of vitamins and protein.
-Broccoli is a good source of iron (which I need bc I’m Anemic now)
-Grapes and Fruit bars (gluten and high fructose free) are other sources of vitamin C along with the Calcium fortified Orange Juice I’ve been drinking my entire pregnancy.
I’m a picky eater but I’m trying real hard and Alex sees that which makes me feel good.
